Session 1, Week 8 -- Strength Pose

Getting to go through comic books, manga, and sport channels really helped this week for the them "Strength" in posing Stu.  I'm starting to get the hang of the rendering engine and reducing my times.  It helps a lot to go and buy a photography book that talks about studio lighting and the different kinds of lights to use.

This week we had to block out our animation for a "vanilla" walk.  The idea is to just set the main poses you need, turn in just those poses in an animated sequence, and then refine that sequence for next assignment.  It was rather fun getting to observe folks walking and seeing how it apply's to the animated work I'm doing.   The animation will look choppy as there are empty frames (those frames with out poses) in between each pose.

It was suggested to move the back foot further underneath him.
